Chef Steve is a well-traveled chef, cultural anthropologist, and educator. His 40 years of experience, signature styles, leadership, and staff brings all global and local cuisines to life. 

Chef Sam started out in his father's kitchen then entered restaurants. A sophisticated chef and commanding culinary leader in his own right, he is passionate about all cuisines. 

Chef Abby expertly commands multiple specialized kitchen domains, including pastry, while doubling as a food service expert. She first learned in her family and then in food service.

Chef Savannah's sophisticated palate and signature touches see cuisine as art, adventure, and happiness. Her culinary journey began as a child and now extends into every aspect of catering.

Chef Aaron sees cuisine as deliciousness born of chemistry and the spice of philosophy, often involving fermentation and gastronomy. His unique path started out in his father's kitchen.

Ashley is a consummate food service and event professional while she doubles as an assistant chef. She gained her expertise in the event, food service, and restaurant supply industries.

Samuel is an outdoor foods entrepreneur and butcher, by first trades. He has since branched into catering where he performs vitally important auxiliary roles to each team member.

We employ additional staff in both the food service and kitchen areas, often by tapping culinary and hospitality schools, to fulfill your event with all of the skill and style it deserves. We are hiring!
