About Our Boutique Catering

Our Approach
The main thing to know about our boutique catering is that we cook right on site using your venue's facilities plus a mobile kitchen we set up on site. This greatly distinguishes us from caterers who cook off site, truck food miles down the road in warming boxes, and serve it inevitably dry and degraded.

Our model is inspired by Chef Will Giudara, author of Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect. Our catering is about creating permanent memories, one size fits one, your vision and our expertise. We do things that way only or we refer you out with heartfelt best wishes.
