Our Organic Garden & Greenhouse

Depending upon your menu and time of the year, the chef typically gathers ingredients from his own organic garden and greenhouse. There, we grow ingredients that can be hard to acquire in Wisconsin, including an array of fresh herbs, heirloom tomatoes, unique sweet and hot peppers, specialty greens, delicious and gorgeous edible flowers, and more.
