We are a chef-owned and family-operated limited liability company in the state of Wisconsin. 

We carefully select additional trusted people who we treat like extended family and pay like part-owners. We closely listen to one another and together form a well-knit team. Our cuisine shows for it! 

Dubbed a culinrary prodigy, Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine Stephen Ewen's culinary became a sous chef at a high-end restaurant at just age 19. He has nationally and internationally recognized certification in food protection management and is hands-on from start-to-finish at every event.  

We carry $1-million liability insurance and follow all safety precautions.
